Privacy Policy
Foresight combines public clinical-technology intelligence with account features such as watchlists, alerts, reports, team workspaces, and optional private product workspaces. The original MedScan lead-generation workflow remains a restricted CPI Internal function.
Public intelligence data
CPI may index information from public regulatory, clinical-trial, research, company, funding, news, conference, and other permitted public sources. Public-source records may be normalized, linked, scored, summarized, and used to build trends and experimental forecasts. Source attribution is retained where available.
Account and usage data
We may store your email address, profile and organization information, plan and access level, watchlists, alerts, report requests, saved research, team memberships, brief preferences, product-workspace metadata, and security or audit events required to operate and protect the service.
Optional private product workspaces
Private workspaces are optional. They may contain confidential product context, assessment answers, notes, and documents that you choose to upload. Workspace authorization is enforced server-side and uploaded files are stored in private storage. The current beta is not designed for protected health information or patient-identifiable data. Do not upload PHI.
In the current V1 workflow, uploaded document contents are not automatically sent to external generative-AI providers for product analysis. This boundary may change only with an explicit product and privacy update.
AI and expert analysis
CPI may use configured AI providers to synthesize public intelligence and permitted non-sensitive request context. Automated CPI Analysis is distinguished from human-reviewed CPI Expert Perspective. Requests for expert review intentionally share the relevant workspace context with authorized CPI reviewers.
Email and communications
If you subscribe or enable briefs, CPI may send account messages, intelligence briefs, alerts, team invitations, or approved CPI Brief communications. Email preferences can be changed in the product, and newsletter recipients can unsubscribe.
Security and access
CPI uses role-based authorization, database row-level security, private storage controls, audit logging, server-side access checks, and other safeguards described in the product security documentation. No system can guarantee absolute security, and the beta should not be treated as a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Your choices
You can remove watchlists and workspace data you control, unsubscribe from marketing communications, or delete your Foresight account through the account menu. Certain limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, suppression lists, or audit integrity.
Sale of personal information
CPI does not sell your personal information to advertisers.
